Farewell

For today is my last. I have been set free and for the love of my love I shall not go on living without him. For he has disowned his father and has tried to kill him and then had killed himself. I shall not marry. I will hang myself with my veil and not continue farther. So farewell to my family, I will be welcomed in hell and the Gods will shame me.

I am gone into the dust of persephone

I have heard of the argument between the king and my love. He shall not die or threaten because of me. He shall listen to his father and forget me. I  am soon to die. He has forsaken his loyalty with his father the King and shall not be forgive. Oh love if only you could hear me, please don't welcome death like I have live without me and be a better king than your father.
Now I am being taken to a stone tomb where i shall welcome my death and join persephone in eternal flames.  I pray to the gods and ask that if i am guilty shall the God's unleash there wrath upon me but if i am inocent shall they unleash their wrath upon the king who is wrong in his throne. I do not dare disrespoect the God's but if i have may i die in vain.

Why oh Why

Today I have been caught oh by way of the gods I shall be put to death. My brother without honor has been unburied and shall be the unrest. I have returned to bury him again for no man especially my own blood deserves to be in the world of the restless. I have been arrested but I shall not be ashamed. What I have done is just and I would rather be put to death now than live with guilt that I let my brother die in vain.
Oh, but my sister shall not die with me for she has done no wrong. Only the gods knows who's act this is. It is mine and mine alone. For I pray that if I must die which I know I am, the Gods show my brother mercy.

Hi I'm Antigone I live in thebes and my brothers are soooo immature. My brothers Etecles  and Polyneices killed eachother and my mean ol' uncle won't let me bury Polyneices. It's tearing me apart. He said That he would publicly stone anyone who tries to bury him but you know what I did? Huh? I put dirt on top of him it was so invigorating. My uncle thinks it was a man and that he paid Sentry to report to him. Ha Ha I am so slick. Well, I'm on my way to nowhere in particular. Buh Bye.
